Default Can this video card run this game?

the video card i have now is this. : GeForce 6100 nForce 405

max 75$
Ima buy NBA 2K11
video card is DirectX 9.0c compatible* Video card with 128 MB or more memory and one of the following chipsets is required: ATI x1300 or greater; NVIDIA 6600 or greater; DirectX 9.0c compatible card with Shader Model 3.0 support.

Graphics: DirectX 9.0c/Shader3.0 compatible, VRAM 512 MB (NVIDIA GeForce 7800 series or ATI Radeon X1900)

If you guys find another one on tigerdirect.CA and newegg.CA or anywhere elsee, it would be great

Well, the 8400 or that 210 WILL run the games, but not very well. Playable enough though I would say. Another factor to take into consideration is your power supply. You may need to upgrade that also in order to run either of those 2 cards.

Don't bother with either one of those cards. Cavemangrinder's right, they just won't do much for you.

$75 is a rather steep limit to set yourself on for video cards, but keeping to your wishes, your best bet would be one of these two cards:

If you can stretch your wallet just a bit, there are some really compelling things available at the $99-$115 mark:

Neither of those cards will do much of anything. I recommend this. it is $5 over the stated budget, but it's worth it.

I disagree. The 9500 GT is a fine card, though underpowered by "pure gamer" standards, it does everything I've asked of it, and the price fits the performance. I gave the Radeon card as an alternative.

Remember, not everyone is out there to break budgets. For some people, $75 is the hard limit. I've been there too, I know how it feels.
