I just recently installed Windows Xp Home Edition , and also got a new sound card for it called Creative Soundblaster Live! , now the problem im having is whenever i play Music and with it if i minimize or even scroll to anything my speakers start making noises perhaps some of you know what im talking about or probably have faced this problem before , can anyone help me to make my sound right because whenever i play music it starts making scratchy sort of noise scrolling or minimizing whilst music is playin is when i face this prob?
