Alright, thanks a lot for your help.

I actually just went into BIOS, and those settings were already there? I'm not really sure what to do now, could something else be not set to what it should be? Because theoretically I should be able to max out FO3 with no problems right?

Can you display your specs without the DXDiag report? Just all the names of your parts.
