i have no clue...i don't think you can get this off as a file.

Yer sure man, download REALPLAYER, install and goto the preferences in realplayer and click DOWNLOADs and click the tick for right click download, now goto IE internet, now goto the link, right click the video, click download to realplayer, now it will download.

It is now a .flv format, now you need a converting tool, search via google for converting .flv into .avi
