hmm i know u already said this but what is good for oc?

should i switch my 3.16GHz duo to a quad 2.4 they can go really highto 4.0 as long as youkeep it down

what mobo

TO sum it up what parts should i get i mean

Not on air cooling, and only if you get a gem of a kit. I ran my old Q6600 at 3.6GHz with air cooling, and I had a decent 1.275V VID chip.
