Can a mobile cpu be used on my desktop?

Well, I know that small-form factor pc's have used the pent. M in their pc's, so I think it could work. You'd have to make sure the socket's are right and the pins can fit, etc.

I think it should work...the AMD Mobile ones (with the exception of the Turion) work with normal motherboards, but they use way less power. If you want to use the Pentium M, then you have to buy the ASUS converter that converts it from 478 to 479 (or something like that).
