Can I run Crysis with this?

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, but can my computer run Crysis at medium with these specs.

Vista Ultimate
Quad-Core AMD Phenom 2.20Ghz proccesor
6 GB of ram
NVIDIA GeForce 9300GE video card
640gb hard drive.

Your 9300GE would most likely hold you back, I'd recommend an upgrade. What's your budget and what resolution is your monitor?

the 9300GE will hold him back, there is no "would likely" about it, some people like to start the game and think the FPS they get on the first part of the game is what they'll get later on, no so at all, later on in the game FPS drops will occur so if you're getting 30 FPS at the beginning and think it'll be playable all the way through you're kidding yourself, that 30FPS will turn into about 15-20 FPS (which makes it pretty much unplayable) at later stages...

I mean cmon budget? you can get a new dirty 9600 1gb for say 40$ on the newegg lol, maybe 50$

You're gonna need a new graphics card if you want to do any modern gaming.

If you wanna play Crysis, you're gonna need something better. If you have $80 you're willing to spend, I'd get this.
