Default can i get some help with my laptop

idk if this is the right spot for this but i have an issue with my laptop thebattery is fully charged so its not the battery

well i got it to start in safe mode and then it freezes at
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\windows\system 32\drivers\avgrkx86.sys

Youtube is not working for me right now. Hasn't been for a few hours.

Can you give specs on the laptop (more specifically, what OS are you running?)

I'll bet your hard drive is dying out and a system file has become corrupted. This happened to my my brother's eMachines, and i had to get a new hard drive.
