Default Can I get 1 TB HDD to Asus N81vp?

I have an Asus N81vp which has 320gb HDD now. It seems to be small in these days, so I would like to upgrade the HDD to 1 TB. Does anyone upgrade a hdd on your asus? What I heard is that some motherboard cannot recognize over a certain capacity such as 1 TB.

Help me.

Not sure if mobo would detect the full 1TB. But why shouldnt recognize it?

If upgrading, to a new HD get the 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3. It's cheap, fast and reliable. Its about 65 on newegg for the bare one.
