Yeah, thats Winamp. Personally, for me, the best music player you can get for Windows, with its amazing plugin system.

Its running as a docked toolbar, that pops up when you put your mouse on it.
The skin's colour has just been changed to green.

yea, theres loads of pre installed themes or you can just get one off the net
the visualizations are pretty cool aswell

I either use Windows Media Player, or iTunes, depending on if it will be used for my iPod

I used to use Windows Media Player for audio, but, got over the extra sound options built in, for example WOW, and TruBass. Winamp seems to offer a more natural sound.
