Default call of duty problem??

i have played call of duty for the past 6 months on this p.c without any problems. but after i reformated the machine a week ago i can't get cod to load. i have a GEFORCE MX440 AGP 8X video card with the latest drivers, and that has played the game before. so what could the problem be? here is the report.

Could not load OpenGL. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer's web site.

Well first re-install, then try messing around in the video section in the startup menu thingy.

If all else fails, you can reformat again, but the thing is, you should go into settings then video then change like the resolution or like to openGL stuff like that. Can you even GET into the game where you can change settings?

I think it might be OpenGL so try changing your graphics card settings around
