Default Cable confusion

I ordered that cable... but as I am waiting for it to come I am wondering where do I plug it in? http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...1728&rd=1&rd=1

That cable connects to the bottom of your TI-83+ calculator. The other end is identical and connects to other calculators for the purpose of sharing programs (MIRAGE OS ftw!) and stuff like that.

I know that there are adapters out there also to connect that to a usb port so you are able to connect your TI to a computer to download programs into it.
