Default Buying Video Cards

i need to know some things about video cards so i know what i'm buying

How much pipelines the card should have

The Memory interface 256bit or 128bit

Memory Type DDR, GDDR2, GDDR3

i play first person shooters like dod, bf2 etc.. i dont need i high end graphics i need speed, fast frame rate... what would you reccomend.

i can spend up to $250

OMFG thanks... one guy said he is getting 120fps.. lolol holy mother of god lol..

yay i get 256mb extra ram... it uses dvi input... i have a analog monitor, where can i get adapters?i installed sound cards before is it any harder to install a video card?

yea the card has 2 adapters from DVI to VGA, nah its easy did you check the power req see if you have enought watts to run it

Nah EVGA is the best but BFG charges for there factory overclocks to much when you can just do it with a few click personally EVGA is a more renowned brand

Lol its cause in the range from 200-300 all the ati's were X800's and i the 7600GT's beats it lol ATI rulez!

hmm dont know how much you have open up your case and look at the sticker from your PSU there it should say the watt supply you got

OMFG i'm screwed, mother *&$%&... Stupid @$$ dell gave me a 305 max watt power supply, there goes my video card i wanted


and i found out my memory clock speed is 300 mhz... wow no wonder my frame rate is 43fps

u can get another psu for like $20. and it will have the power u need. it probably wont be too good for overclocking, but u said u have a dell, so i guess that's already out of the question.
