you could be like me and my friend, what we did in the past was get a lot of tape, and tape fans at random places inside the case.
It actually worked, i put a 92mmfan in the HDD place to blow towards my chipset, and it worked. now i dont do it anymore because of my new case and its 7 fans.
I was going to get that board for a client that wants me to build a computer for him since all the other brands werent really a trusted one, and my friend used that board before.
the chipsets are usually bound to get hot. my friend just got one of these

and just put it on there and it cooled in minutes where you are free to touch for as long as you want, though his computer was laying down instead of vertical, i think you might need to tape the fan on.
or did he put another heatsink... hmmm....
i think he did just put another heatsink on top of the heatsink because i remember that we were seeing who can hold it the longest. The add-on chipset somehow took most of the heat and the chipset were cooled.
but i would suggest getting some of those fans and put them one. and replace the thermal paste with something better.
ill try to look for some boards and post back later.
