no...whatever you set in the BIOS is what all DIMMs are going to get. I can tell you right now that 2.2V is safe for almost any DDR2. I wouldn't go past 2.4V 24/7 use for Micron D9 chips though. Other chips don't scale that well with voltage, so its not use going that high.
