Buying new PC

I'm buying new computer for home work (movies, internet,), I would also use it for video and photo editing software (Cyberlink, Corel, Photoshop, maybe After Effects) and for gaming (games like COD, Battlefield, NFS, GTA's). Here is what i was thinking about:

4 x Rasurbo Basic & Silent 120 mm 1100 rpm 17 dBA

Together is 900€ that's 1,120$. What do you think about it and would you change anything?

What kind of storage drive would you be using?

I was thinking about SSD (OCZ Agility 3 120GB) for windows and some programs. For music, documents, movies and other stuff that take lots of space I would have an outside HDD Disk WD 1500 Gb.
