Just the fact all those new CPUs are coming out along with nvidia's new video card due next year makes me hesitate. I hate spending all that money and like a couple months later, boom, Socket M2 and DDR2 is available.

Use the specs I listed above. It's a powerful system but will last you for some time hopefully.
