Buying a new Monitor

Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy a new oc monitor for around $150. Thats around 22".

I'm looking at these. Are these monitors any good?

Walmart sells Acer monitors for dirt cheap. That's all I use and all our company uses. They're good and pretty rugged to boot.
