You're reading that wrong. 3Gb/s is the effective throughput of the drive. 3Gb/s = 300 Mbytes/sec. It's how fast the drive can move data, not the physical size of the drive.

That depends on what service you pay an ISP for,not the hard drive.
So get a fast service.

This is an ISP speed you get question.
Any hard drive will do.

That is the only subject we are discussing here. We are talking about drive speeds and compatibility. If you have a question about your ISP speeds, create a new thread.

Lets get this straight then. He said Transfer rate,right.
What transfer rate ? Is that not downloading and uploading
on the Internet,or what does it refer to ?

Please, explain to us what a hard drive's speed has to do with internet speeds and how it relates to the OP's decision on what hard drive to purchase for his computer.
