Default buying a laptop, need help

So im pretty much set on buying the battalion 101 cz-12 gaming laptop from ibuypower.com

Here are the specs:
Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM Mobile Processor (4x 2.00GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
4GB [4GB x 1] 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM [Laptop Memory]
NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M 2GB 3D Video
500 GB 5400rpm Serial-ATA Super Slim Laptop Hard Drive
8x Dual Format DVD±R/±RW + 16x CD-R/RW Combo Drive [CZ-12]
Built-in 3-in-1 Media Card Reader/Writer
3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard
Built-in 10/100/1000 Mbps LAN
802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi Link + Bluetooth Combo
total $949

The thing i need help with is that i have some extra money(around $150) i can spend on it and im wondering what is better to get for gaming:
A better processor-Intel® Core™ i7-2720QM Mobile Processor (4x 2.20GHz/6MB L3 Cache) for and extra $140

OR

More memory-8GB [4GB x 2] 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM for $69
and
a faster hard drive-500 GB 7200rpm Serial-ATA Super Slim Laptop Hard Drive for $12
thanks in advance and i wont be able to post back for a while.

I wonder if you can change the video card...Sure Geforce GT 540GT is a nice card but if you can switch to a 460M GTX your laptop would run almost any game smoothly. If you can't change the video card, I would recommend you to change the hard drive as faster spinning speed will affect the overall performance more than the other changes.

personally i would buy a solid state drive, 4GB of memory will be enough and can be easily upgraded in the future. I also feel the graphics card is quite decent

This. there's no need to add cost for tiny upgrades, that probably won't make a huge difference.
