that mobo is office chipset, and will not utilise that cpu.

And then there are lies in the description again..

"AMD Six Core FX 6300 processor and impressive 16 GB of RAM"

but it only comes with 4gb of RAM.

All the parts used are cheap shit. Stay away.

Agreed, They are all crap. I would not buy something like that from someone, it is made cheap and wont last long or have the performance you think it will.
