Default burning movies??

so i got this movie file in mp4 format and i tryed burning it to a disk to play it in a dvd player in the family room but it did not play cuase it was wrong format.

so how do i burn a file to a dvd so it can be played in a dvd player?

i'll do what you tell me. just please

you need to convert your mp4 to a dvd format ... such as .vob. NeroVision can do this, and there are several other programs that can do this as well.

yea that helps thanks. and i went online and look it up and i found a site that told me step by step. avs video converter 6. it maxes out my cpu the whole time lol

Yeah ... that's why when I'm doing this sort of work ... converting video/audio formats, I run them through the night. I'm glad it worked out for you.

yea and picture is great. i then had a avi video and converted it and the video sucked. picture was bad
