Default Burning with Itunes

I just did a clean install on my comp and everything is working fine. All drivers and everything is working properly. Just installed iTunes, trying to burn a cd and everytime when it goes into Burning Initializing, the process stops and says something like The attempt to burn fails. Error 4265.

A few times I got error 4200.

I checked Apples website and I haven't found a solution. I have the newest version of itunes and also upgraded the firmware on my optical drive (Plextor 712A)

Any suggestions here?

Re-install itunes. The make sure you put all the settings on manual, and make sure the dick is not scratched.
