Question burning a dvd.......

ok, me and my friend are burning a dvd on his computer and we already did one, but we are trying to find a dvd burning program that we can make the menu screens on. we tried Sonic MyDVD, but for some reason an error came up when we tried to install. so what is a good program that i can make menus and title screen with, and also burn the dvd?
