Most peope that use pcs are not downloading freakaziods like you's. They are familys who just upgraded from dial up and just check there internet bank balance and buy holidays
I jsut upgraded to a 1MB...get it in 10days yey. And my mum haggled on the phone and got rid of the £20 charge lol. capped at 30GB but ill never use that.. even with 3pcs and an xbox going to be on it at xmas.
