Good as well, just don't pay for the 965, its nothing but an overclocked 955.

my budget was not enough well ill just buy piece by piece.... by the new year. unless of course sometin cheaper comes up...

Well for one thing, by the time you get the computer running, the first pieces that you bought will be much cheaper.

what is a good motherboard with Crossfire that is in the combo deal?

Yes, until you start getting into 2-3 cards in Crossfire/SLI, and adding more drives, the 500W will work fine for you.
