Looks good for now dude, but I might consider getting another video card since the new 8800GT is out (512mb, G92 chip) but I don't know how much MORE that'd be than the 320 you have. It will be enough for a majority of games, though (The GTS you have picked.)

Intel Q6600 @ 3204Mhz ~ Tuniq Tower 120 ~Corsair XMS2 5GB ~ WD VelociRaptor 150GB Main ~ WD 1TB Black ~ EVGA 8800GTS 640MB ~ 7 Home Premium (64-Bit)

Save your $ from the E4600 and get the E4500. They're actually the same CPU. With that money, buy this video card instead of the old 8800GTS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130318 I also strongly recommend this board over any 650i or 680i board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128059 And this memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145034 Ask any owners of this stuff and they will definitely recommend it.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE @ 4.0GHz + TU120E lapped - MSI 770-CD45 AM3 - 2x2GB OCZ DDR3 1333MHz - Sapphire HD 4870 - Samsung Spinpoint 500GB 7200RPM 16MB cache HDD - Tagan TG600-BZ Piperock - (Currently open test bed) - Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit.
