Looks good for now dude, but I might consider getting another video card since the new 8800GT is out (512mb, G92 chip) but I don't know how much MORE that'd be than the 320 you have. It will be enough for a majority of games, though (The GTS you have picked.)

Save your $ from the E4600 and get the E4500. They're actually the same CPU.
