Default Building a new PC

Hey guys I have made up my mind and I will be starting to build a new PC soon I would like to use it more towards games and for online gamming....here is what I have lined up so far. Please tell me what you guys think? Or if there is something I may need to add or replace, ofcourse I know there is more.....but these are the main ones I am worried about thanks!

Okay, first off, the motherboard isn't available on NewEgg.

Secondly, the P4 Prescotts run real hot; some are so bad that you need a decent heatsink or it will fry while playing games.

I'm not sure why you want to get a 6800GT for 250 when you can get a 6800GS that has very simliar performance for 200. The RAM looks okay to me.

Well honestly the videocard and the processor is what I am not 100% sure about at the moment....thanks for the quick post! I am hopeing they will get the motherbored in stock soon if they don't what motherbored would you recommend?
