ok heres wut i came up with remember im not looking for the best pc and i already have an ATI FireGL X3 Video Card, 256MB GDDR3, Dual DVI, 8X AGP.

You have 5.1 channel on that motherboard so you don't really need a sound card. Save some money on that for shipping. Make sure you get Arctic Silver thermal grease for the CPU.

Are you planning on going RAID 0 with the 2 hard drives? I would get them the same size.

I'm spending about that much, maybe $300 more for my new setup. Not including monitor, keyboard, and mouse though. Not bad for a $1300 system, but in your case, that's not bad either. Everything else seem fine. I'm looking at your specs, primarily the CPU/motherboard/memory combination to see if it will work and looks good. Everything else is up to you.

dont get chaintech mobo, not very good company from what i ehre, go with msi gigabyte or asus, they the best

theres only one problem... were u gonna get the drivers 4 ur hd? u could get em from internet but tht would mean dling thm and writing to disk...just spend the few extra bucks and buy the whole thing

When overclocking, you access the BIOS menu and somewhere in there you should be able to increase the frontside bus speed or CPU multiplier.
