Apart from lower power consumption, the Q9300 isn't really any better than the Q6600 because of it's smaller L2 cache and it's max multi of 7, there is more info about it here: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu...uad-q9300.html

Thanks for the help guys, ive heard of some guys having a few problems with the WiFi mobo and the 9800gx2 running together, you guys know of any other boards around the same price(ill go over if you convince me :P) that offers around the same amount over clocking features & enough room to possibly go SLI in the future.

If you want an Intel board, then you cannot have SLI support, but I'm almost certain the P5K would work fine with the 9800GX2. If you want to be safe though, this is a good board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130098
No WiFi capabilities but a wireless PCI card doesn't cost very much.

I'd probably upgrade the ram to 8500

Check your pricing with StaticIce
