building new computer, do i have all parts

the cpu comes with a heatsink, thats what the stock heatsink is

if you use a different heatsink the warranty is void

the reason you would get a different one is if you were to overclock, because that would raise the temps and you'd want something to cool your cpu appropriately

yes... but even then the stock is a good one its copper base and heatpipe technology... even a decent over clock might only give you +5 degress maybe a lil more under a full load... and the stock HSF at stock speeds keeps it in the low to mid 50's at full load if not lower with good thermal paste and proper application... which is relatively cool for an Athlon that can handle up to 70 degrees if not a little more pretty safe

ok if i dont need a heatsink, and
heres my final version of the computer setup.

and is this psu i picked a good one for gamers?
this mobo comes with the network card right ? (10/100mb/s lan network card)
and plz tell me if iam missing ne components to the pc.
thanks for all comments

everything looks good and compatable but i would get ddr2 800, pc2 6400 instead of the ddr2 533, pc2-4200 for your memory.

itll be a little more money for the ddr2 800, but i think its worth it (its compatable with the mobo ur gettin)

btw, everything else looks good

oh i forgot to ask, do i need to buy ne fans or cooling devices for this new computer ?

i think ull be alright, ur gettin a different heatsink? even if not, the stock heatsink would be fine. it looks like the case you got has a side fan and a top fan so i think ull be alright

cool,thanks,
btw can this mobo supportable for pc6200 rams ?
cuz i looked at the ocz platimum for 2gb ram and they have pc 6200 ddr2 800.
