Default Building a New Computer

I am looking to build a new computer. I have basically no experience in this field, but my computer is old and I want to build one. My brother has built them before so I assume he will help me build it, but I am not to sure where to start. My budget is give or take $1400. If someone could help me out in anyway that'd help a lot.

CPU: http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?it...82E16819116504

Graphics Card : http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?it...82E16814130812

That's everything, but the only thing that's up to you is your Operating System. Whether it be Windows 7 or 8 (7 is better for gaming). PM me if you have any questions dude! Happy building!
