i would have to say that the closest it gets at Intel (or slow) would be
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...5GHz+-+2.99GHz
Core 2 Duo 2.66 Ghz
thats the best i could find on newegg.com
for this processor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103289

if thats not the correct processor
then show us in a link

but thats just based on specs
and i like Intel
ALOT!

That 5400+ X2 BE pwns at $90. I think it must of replaced the brilliant 5000+ X2 BE.

What is your budget exactly? Can you afford a 790FX chipset?

i thought that only the 550I, 560I, and the 570I were socketed for AMD processors.

but if u got 300 bucks check this out

You picked the wrong time to want to go with AMD. Stick with intel there is a reason they are blowing AMD out of the water

Actually... I don't think you can find an Intel CPU that can compete with the 5400+ X2 BE for $90. Sure, Intel are winning at the high end, but that doesn't mean AMD are irrelevant.
