It has a $399 price tag. And it is faster than an 8800 ULTRA and 9800GTX in games that are reasonably well optimized for multi-GPU setups. Multi-GPU cards always improve with new driver releases so we haven't seen the full potential of the X2 yet. It is on paper, the most powerful single card available.
There is no point in buying it unless you game at ultra high resolutions with all filters. Otherwise it is a waste of money.
