Thanks

i have not checked each link specifically i just skimmed over and notied that RAM is slightly slow pc2 5400 is only 667 Mhz i think .. like i said i have not looked at the links specific so maybe the motherboard cant take 800Mhz but if it can id def get 800 instead of 667.

if the mobo cant take it then maybe consider changing coz for $80 im sure u can get a board that supports 800Mhz post bak if u want a new 1 ill have a look for ya

yeah get 800mhz ram if you plan to game you will notice the differennce , if it aint for gaming just stick with that ram as you will hardly notice just for usual day to day stuff

Ok, so i edited my list, and is this okay???

Questions:
- Am I missing any components?
- Does the motherboard support the components?
- Everything is compatible and work with eachother?
- Is power supply enough?
- Is the computer case suitable?

You're not missing anything as far as I can tell.

Get a better motherboard. ASRock isn't exactly the best known brand. Something like this would do the job better:
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=24317&vpn=IB9&manufacture=ABit

Looks like everything is compatible.

I'd get a better power supply. The 450 watt could be okay, but I wouldn't count on it. Probably 550 watts to be safe, preferably from a good brand like Silverstone, Antec, etc.

The case honestly doesn't matter all that much unless you're overclocking and you're very concerned about temperatures.

Well, I'm a little tight on my budget. So i tried my best to upgrade my list. How's this? :

My main concerns are if the motherboard and the computercase is compatible, and also if the powersupply (450W) is enough. I only want a powersupply that is enough for my selected components.
