Sorry, building a budget comp.
Third: any sugestions for a first time builder?

looks pretty decent but if i were you i would get an Athlon X2 if your on a budget the athlon X2 3600+ CPU is only 60$. For that build you will probably need a PSU with more power and I would get a different motherboard a more reliable brand.

the allendale is way better because i assume your not overclocking right. i would get a 7600GT and not a 7600GS unless you plan on doing things like photoshop which require tons of video ram

EDIT: you can buy a mac computer which can run windows but a PC CANT run Mac OS but im not 100% sure about this

as im only buiding my 3rd computer i dnt think i can offer much advice but i can tell u 1 or 2 things i found tricky / forgot to do while building mine,

the first thing was really rather stupid and thats i forgot to put the spacers on the case before installing the motherboard  and it was shorting out coz to be honest i dint see the thread in the top of the screws,

secondly always get a static strap,

umm thirdly make sure i got a fair bit of space while your building it,

and i think thats bout it my first build i was sooo scared about i was like have i ordered the right parts how does it all fit together,

but honestly most of it is all slot together and aslong as you check everything matches up size wize then you really aint gonna have a problem

Get this fan instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16835150007
Order 10 of them and you get free shipping for a total cost of $12.90 for all of them. You can use several fans in the case and have the rest for backups in case one of the other fans die.

Get a SATA drive instead

Since you are on a budget, go for an ASRock motherboard over the Jetway. I heard ASRock is made by ASUS. I haven't had any problems with either of my ASRock boards I have.
