Antec DF-85 Black Steel
ASUS P8Z68-V Pro Z68 LGA1155
Intel Core i7 2600K
Coolermaster V8 CPU Heatsink Cooler
CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
or
CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000

and for the video card which of this two would give me better performance?

Newegg.ca - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

the power supply i dont know yet im a fun of toughpower but i haven't really look at my options for this system, if i could get some feed back and tell me what you think

Either Corsair or Thermaltake PSU, minimum of 800 watts for this build.

and why the hell is that Ti 560 almost as much as a 580? It shouldn't be anywhere NEAR that cost, the 560 Ti is supposed to be a budget board.

Oh, the 560 is a dual GPU board... I haven't seen much about the dual 560 board yet, but initial glance shows it faster than a 580, so go for the 560 Ti.

For Intel builds, grab the fastest RAM you can afford, so the 1866 (first link) You'll have more overclocking headroom. If you don't care about overclocking, there's nothing wrong with going with the second link (1600)
