That isn't a good PSU at all. Really high wattage and really low price is never a good sign.
The hard drive is one of the 7200.11 models, which had a lot of problems. For Seagate, make sure it's 7200.12. Samsung's "Spinpoint F3" models and Western Digital's "Caviar Black" models are also good.
What RAM are you looking at? X58 boards are picky about what they use.

PSU- Thermaltake Toughpower XT W0229RU 750W (modular, single rail, 60A +12V)
$105 after rebate
Hard Drive- Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB (you lose 500GB, but gain tons
RAM- Corsair XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB)
