I'm building a computer for just general use but i want the ability to play games. i'm getting the power supply/case/other stuff from elsewhere, but i want to know if this looks alright. it totals around $720 with tax and shipping. is there anything i should be thinking about upgrading or planning ahead with?

decent

idk your budget but i would change up that mother board and video card to something a litttle better but like i said idk your budget and its a decent computer

what in particular about the motherboard is lacking?

i'm totally open for suggestions about this. the video card i wouldnt mind upgrading is well, but from what i could find, the video card there is the cheapest for what you get. anything higher would be $200 more.

i know you probably like tigerdirect, but alot of the times newegg is cheaper, and sometimes tigerdirect can be cheaper. You could save more money by looking at both the stores.

The only problem is newegg only ships to the U.S.

Only fuck up was the ram imo. DDR2 1Gig < DDR 2Gig and it costs less. My bro got 2 1g sticks of DDR Kingston for 79.99 They were top too, not sure speed but they were the end of DDR. I happen to like ATI, Dunno about the motherboard not to sure.
