Default Building a computer for a Friend

So one of my friend wants me to build him a computer. I told him about the parts i was going to get, and it seems like he wants the same.
Heres what i was planning to get him, and he kind of wants.

Intel C2D E8400
XFX 680i LT SLI
XFX 9800GTX+
OCZ StealthXStream 500W
OCZ Platinum DDR2 800mhz
Samsung 500GB
Samsung DVD+/-R Lightscribe
Xion Solaris Case

total is about $700, and thats his budget.
He wants the E8400 since theres a bundle at microcenter, and the other mobo thats the same price was an mATX, and he doesnt like that.
So if you guys suggest another board, he will need to get another CPU, which seems like it will be the E7200 for his budget.
I dont think he will be Overclocking since he doesnt know how, and he said he wants to keep SLI as an option in the future if possible.

Looks good?

because hes a nVidia fanboy.
and its cheaper to get that board and CPU than to get another board and that CPU.
I told him about micro center selling that bundle for about $200.
