I don't think need comes in to play in regards to OCing, it's strictly a matter of want! :-)

i don't think he would want to OC because he would see that the i7 is fast as it is and if he would want to OC it then that would make his computer super fast (but not OCing an i7 is super fast as is)

if you want to build your own computer you can see the tutorials on youtube . There are loads of these tutorials and explain very clearly on assebmlin of each an every part .I didnot build ,my pc but upgraded my pc watchin these videos .
