A buck or two is hardly anything to worry about. $300 plus prices is normal for the type of CPU you are getting. Mine cost like $375 when it came out. But it was worth it.

not actually a two bucks, it was a phrase!

eg i bought a ASUS A8N-E Motherboard with Nforce 4 ultra for $90
and saw it for $140 on a different website, thats $50 that could go twoards a better graphics card. It is worth doing!!

I have decided to stick with the one i have. and does any body have any thinkg else to say about anything.
