Say i wanted to build the cheapest computer i can that runs xp, where would i start looking for parts?

When i say cheapest, i mean cheapest. And for some parts, i dont mind used epsecially in a monitor and things like that.
Max price $200. Is that possible?

k, i thought so...what are the req. tho? like, is it the cheapest but it has to run something, or does it just have to like start up and run paint or something simple?
