Im about halfway done with buying the parts to my new ground up build and I just wanted you guys to review it before I bought the CPU and Mobo. I would like to hear any advice, or comments you may have especially about the motherboard because I haven't ever used Biostar before but I really like the sound of the board and the reviews are good. Anyways, here it is:

For the video card, I already have a GT 220 I am going to use for the time being, and yes its going to be for budget somewhat. and why do I need a better psu?

I'd pick out another PSU, its worth paying more for a PSU because if the PSU goes then it normally takes another part with it. Heres one that has the same wattage but from a better brand

Go with the AMD Phenom II X2 555 instead of the AMD Athlon II X4 635. The latter has low level L2 cache compared to the large L3 cache on the Phenom II X2 555.

I don't rate the quad core CPU's with low level cache's.

It's not about unlocking the 3rd and 4th cores, leave it as a dual core. It's about Phenom 955 X4 minus 2 cores. Even though your only getting 2 cores it's a much better CPU than the low cache quad core AMD Athlon II X4 635 that you linked.

So in other words it would be much faster than that quad core? how about for gaming? I know the GPU is the main thing you have to worry about when youre looking at gaming but how would that hold up
