You can run your wiring diagonaly across the back from the slot aft of the power supply and still reach the main board power and the aux power plug in the upper right. Provided there's some openings at the top to pass the aux power cable through.
The inside of my case is simular to yours and the power plugs are in the same places.

The end result is a clean and tidy case. Air flow is not impeded and she looks good.

I agree with Seti, clean up the wiring a bit. A little neatness goes a long way. Other than that, nice job!
 
Looks nice, get some dust covers for your fans or after a month or two inside will look like a haunted house, like mine.
 
Clean up the wiring means make it tidy by routing it out of the way and strapping it down.
