With OEM, you can reinstall as many times as you like on the same PC only. Retail allows you to completely uninstall and install to a different PC. If I am wrong, please correct me.

okay
well he didnt have Ultimate in the parts list
which is why i said that
but i know for sure that it wont see all 8 gigs like he want to use

but its your money

exactly...and it will see up to 16gigs if i remember correctly. but 8 gigs is way more then enough for us users lol.
