Question Budget graphics card

Hey, I am going to be building a new system based around an AMD 3200+ Venice chip and I was wondering what the best budget (under $140) graphics card would be for me. I will be running a mobo with PCI-E, and I run Photoshop, HL:2, Battlefield 2, and Warcraft III. Any suggestions?

First of all, I live in the USA, so I am talking American dollars. Also, does the brand matter that much? I was looking at an XFX card on newegg:

Is there anything that I should know about that card?

Read the reviews. XFX is generally a good brand, but some of the reviews say that the temps are extremely high.
