Default Budget gaming build. Please review!

Hi everyone, I would like you guys to review my new build I'm thinking about!

Budget Range: 200-300 after rebates*

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Graphic Design, Internet, Multimedia*

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, OS, Monitor, Case, CD/DVD Burner*

Overclocking: Yes, if I feel like I need it*

SLI or Crossfire: No*

Additional Comments: I don't care about looks, and I only moderately care about noise, quieter is always better though!**

It's not gonna be a star performer, but for $300 I don't think you can beat it. Let me know how it runs.

do you mean by parts not required as you already have those parts? because im kinda confused... how do you game without an OS or monitor!!!???? lol... but other than that, that doesnt sound to bad...

Not-so-great Brand PSU but it's definately a bargain. You guys have it easy in the US, that would cost almost twice that to build here :P on average i mean.

Yeah, by PNR I mean I already have them. I don't know how you could play games without those either, lol.
