Default Budget Build?

My sister is getting married in February, and im gonna build her and her fiance a computer as a little present. Now i want it also to play UT3,what would be the CHEAPEST Build to play this game?

*This is the cheapest prices i could come up with*
Now as i won't be buying parts for a month or two,i havnt outlined model's,just average cheap prices:

-$40 -Generic Case *Most come with a generic PSU*
-$60 -Socket AM2+ Motherboard,Mostly Foxconn,Asus and MSI Motherboards.
-$60 -AMD Dual core CPU,Not sure which on yet,but i dont mind it being used
-$60 - Any SATA Hdd
-$30 -1gb Kingston Valueram
-$30 - DVD Burner

Optional:
$100-8600GT?
$50-PSU

Is there any ways i could save money and spend more on the GPU? Anything im missing?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106263 - You cant do wrong with Lite-On!
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835150087 - CPU Cooler, Good ratings for that low price.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811121056 - Kingston Ram - 2GB of the stuff.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130085 - The 8600GT. This could be bought at a lower price, but it wouldnt be from a reputable brand.. it also has a $40 dollar rebate, so it would bring the final price down.. sorta!

This comes together at a total of $318.92, or $278.92 after rebates.

I think if you want to get around high settings on UT3, i think you need to have a better card than the 8600GT. I had an X1950 which is better than the 8600GT, and i have problems running it on high, though there are other factors to consider.

Im guessing that you are going to build on to run UT3 on med specs?

I think you can still get a netter card than the 8600GT it's good but something like a 4670 or maybe even a 4850 are great cards and you can get some great deals on them (plus I'm sure he will want to play SOMETHING else sooner or later)

Well the reason im going with an 8600GT is because its cheaper, and also that card isnt THAT bad.

Is the 8600GT cheaper than the HD 4670, because the 4670 will wipe the floor with and it's supposed to be low-mid end card.
