Well , what do you guys think? Any suggestions / corrections will be helpful!
EDIT : Also with that processor would I have to buy the 64bit version of XP?

Dont get windows x64.. I tryed it with my system and there is so much driver confits.. That system looks good for its price, This is a tip but try updating a newer socket like AM2?

well since its a budget build u could always go for a cheaper mobo if u want to save some money. I payed like 60e for my mobo and I have been happy with it.
But the mobo u chose is definitely good, just a little expensive for a budget build.

Yeah I wanted quite a bit of upgradabilty so I won't have to build another one for a while , my dad plays games so an sli board may help out in the future as for the AM2 I will go investigate that thanks.

No need to go AM2 yet. Socket 939 is very affordable and performance is just as good.

My thoughts exactly after looking a few up , although its still a pretty good option...

I've also found a few benchmarks for the 7300 GT and its looking like a good budget card.I won't need it that long anyways I'm getting a DX 10 card...
